William Polito has worked as a UX/UI Designer for going on ten years. He was recently the User Interface Designer for LearnYour Benefits, benefits communication SaaS, and has increased engagement by more than 50%.

As an experience designer, William has worked hard to support businesses in health industries. Driven by visual beauty and ease of movement, he takes pride in delivering the highest quality content as possible. His goals include user fluency and visual continuity. He is known for user thinking, problem solving, visual communication and immersive understanding.

He lives in Minnesota with his wife, dog and two cats. When William isn't working hard designing, you'll find him in the outdoors near trees and water.
